Description

Primorje, a Slovenian construction company, has entered the bankruptcy procedure. All of its 651 employees are to be made redundant by the end of July 2012.

Primorje, located in Ajdovščina in the Goriška region, is the last of the big construction companies in Slovenia. The entire Slovenian construction sector has been heavily affected by the crisis, experiencing payment arrears and lack of new orders that led to numerous closures and reductions.
