European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
French subsidiary of the Danish pharmaceutical group Lundbeck has announced to cut 200 of its 420 positions in its commercial department.
This reorganisation happens in the framework of a European restructuring affecting 600 positions (see here) reported to be due to price decreases initiated by health authorities. The management has started negotiations of a voluntary departure plan.
