Shoe firm Hotter has announced plans to create 200 new jobs across the UK in 2012. The company plans to open 20 new stores in cities such as London, Manchester, Edinburgh and Winchester as part of its growth agenda. The investments in the new stores will result in the increase in the total Hotter labour force; the firm also plans to increase its online sales and expand the business. New investments are planned in the United States.
Hotter produces shoes for people over 50; most of its customers are women (90%).
