European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 31 May, the commercial court of Paris has decided on the liquidation of EBizcuss, a computer retailer specialized in Apple products and the dismissals of its 200 employees. The company has to make face to a strong competition with a new Apple store set up in Paris and the Apple store on the web.
