Description

Hitachi, a Japanese engineering concern, plans to create at least 300 new jobs in a plant located in the industrial zone Triangle near the city of Žatec. The plant will be operational in March 2013.

The firm resumes production at its plant after the closure in 2009, when it ceased LCD production. The plant will now produce automotive shock absorbers.

The recruitment of the first 150 new employees is scheduled at the beginning of 2013. Hitachi expects a further expansion of the production in the near future.
