European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
A French retail chain Auchan is to open a new store in Bucharest, which will create 300 new jobs by the end of 2012.
The store will be located in Bucharest, in the Giulesti area. The decision to open a new site was based on Auchan's positive financial results in 2011. Besides the supermarket, Auchan will also open a shopping gallery with space for numerous retailers.
