Description
Oil and gas firm Akers Solutions has announced plans to create 500 new jobs in North East Scotland over the next two years. The move is part of a wider expansion plan aiming at growth rate targets for 2011 to 2015. Last year the company created 350 new jobs in Scotland.
Akers Solution currently employs 2,700 people in Scotland in its bases in Dyce and Portlethen.
