European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Medical devices manufacturer Boston Scientific is to let go 150 fixed-term contract staff from its workforce of 2,500. The decision not to renew the employment contracts was made because new products, in relation to which they were specifically recruited, have now been launched.
