European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 15 May 2012, the management of Diane Industries, a manufacturer of fireplaces and stoves, announced the intention to create 130 new job in Laon, France, over the next three years. The company plans to recruit immediately 20 new employees to prepare for the start of production in January 2013. The rest of the staff will be recruited at a later stage.
