European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Blizzard Entertainment, a US-owned games company has announced 200 job losses at its Cork site. The company presently employs 880 staff in Cork. The company is undergoing a restructuring of its international operations. The staff pinpointed for redundancy are language and technical specialists employed in customer support.
