Description
Japanese multinational mobile phone manufacturer Sony Mobile, a subsidiary of the Sony Corporation, will cut 149 jobs in Lund, Sweden. This is part of a global savings plan that foresees 500 job cuts globally.
Sony Mobile Communications was created in February 2012. The company, formerly known as the joint venture Sony Ericsson Communications, became a full subsidy of Sony with the take-over of Ericsson's shares by Sony.
