European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
French IT and electronics online retailer Materiel.net intends to expand its business, which will result in the creation of 100 jobs. The company already employs over 200 people. As part of a EUR 5mn investment, the company is to extend its warehouse in Grandchamps-des-Fontaines near Nantes and acquire logistics hardware and packing equipment.
