Description
Tieto, a Swedish-Finnish IT services company, plans 300 redundancies in Sweden. In total the company plans to cut 1,300 jobs globally: 500 job cuts in Finland, 300 in Sweden and 500 in other countries. Most of the redundancies will be implemented this year and the company plans to reduce their yearly costs by 50 million Euro by 2014. The redundancies were announced as a move to become more cost-efficient.
