European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Forenap Pharma, a company specialized in research and development in neuroscience, will cut 120 jobs after having been put into liquidation on 14 March 2012. The Commercial Court of Colmar announced the liquidation of Forenap after the company had been placed into receivership two months ago.
According to the Works Council secretary, 25 years of know-how will disappear through the liquidation. 70 per cent of the dismissed employees are executives.
