Description

Zachem, a Poland-based chemicals company, announced a restructuring program, which is to cut 150 jobs in 2012. It is reported that the redundancies are due to worsening financial outlook for the company and are expected to lead to about 15-20 mln PLN savings.

Zachem produces toluene diisocyanate, allyl chloride, polyurethane foam and other chemical products.

The company was established in 1948 and was operated as state-owned company until its privatization in 2006.
