OHL ZS, a Czech construction company located in Brno, has announced between 100 and 200 redundancies in 2012. This follows 400 layoffs in 2011.
According to the company, reasons behind the workforce reduction are governmental cost savings programmes and the impact of the financial crisis. OHL ZS' revenues dropped from CZK 10.50 billion in 2010 to CZK 9 billion in 2011.
OHL ZS currently employs 1,600 people.
