Description

On 14 February 2012, ABN Amro, a Dutch state-owned bank, announced it will cut 60 out of 395 jobs in the custody department of the clearing business. These investment banking activities will be transferred to Breda.

ABN Amro will try to find substitute employment for the employees concerned, but does not rule out forced dismissals. The timeline for the implementation of the redundancies is not yet known.
