Description
Carillion Energy Services, a supplier of heating and renewable energy, has announced plans to close down its Hull Warmsure office resulting in the loss of 150 jobs. The closure is blamed on a government decision to halve the amount of money people receive for selling solar energy to the national grid.
A 90-day consultation period between employer and employees was launched in December.
