European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Pepsico, American multinational manufacturer and distributer of food and beverages, announced the loss of 8,700 jobs worldwide. This number accounts for close to 3 percent of the global workforce of the drinks and snacks company.
The job loss will affect 30 countries worldwide. However, Pepsico did not yet detail which plants or countries will be affected.
