European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Harte Group, a civil engineering group, has entered into administration resulting in the loss of 500 jobs. All 720 employees have been made redundant but 200 of them will be reemployed in order to deal with pending orders.The bankruptcy was blamed on the economic downturn of the building industry and on financially-troubled clients.
