Description

As announced on December 27th, 2011 German car manufacturer Audi plans to create 1,200 jobs in 2012 due to a stable and high order situation. This is part of Audi's plans to invest € 13 billion until the end of 2016, at least € 8 billion in the German locations of Ingolstadt und Neckarsulm.

Audi thus continues its course of job expansion - the company reports to have hired 1,300 people in 2011 in Germany. These are 100 more jobs than planned in the end of 2010 (see here).

Audi's total workforce in Germany sums up to 46,600 employees.
