European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Jet2, a Leeds-based budget airline company, has announced plans to create 100 new jobs by May 2012. The airline will have six aircraft based at Newcastle airport and fly to four new destinations in Spain, Turkey and Italy.
Jet2 currently serves 23 destinations from Newcastle Airport and 54 destinations in total from eight airports in the UK. The company employs 1,500 people.
