The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
H and L Garages has gone into administration making 176 employees redundant in East Yorkshire. The cuts affect the vast majority of H and L Garages 194 employees in Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.
The cuts were blamed on the adverse economic climate and difficult trading conditions. The administrators are now seeking a buyer for the company assets.
H and L Garages is a dealer and servicer of vans and lorries by Mercedes Benz.
