Description
Skånes Univeritetssjukhus, the university hospital in Skåne, will reduce its workforce by 500 employees in 2012. The internal restructuring process will primarily affect workers on fixed-term contracts, but some permanent staff will also be affected. As of 7 December, there is no information on how many employees with permanent contracts will be dismissed, it is however reported that some 50 people will go into retirement.
The restructuring is planned to be completed by September 2012. The internal restructuring process is due to saving requirements by approximately 47.8 M€(SEK 450m) during 2012.
