European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 28 November, the car manufacturer PSA Peugeot-Citroën has announced to recruit 500 employees in its plant of Trémery (Moselle) to work on a new generation of small gasoline engines, more fuel-efficient. One half of the new positions will be proposed to employees of the group affected by 1900 job cuts already announced in November (see factsheet 19023).
