European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Macromex, distributer of frozen food and dairy products, announced the intention to hire 125 people for its new plant for frozen bakery products. The new factory located at Campia Turzii (Cluj county) was built as result of a strategic partnership with the Belgian company La Lorraine and is a result of an investment of 17 million Euros.
In 2010, the turnover of the company was 100 million euros while employing 400 people.
