Description
South Korean conglomerate Hansol closed its operations in Voderady leading to 1400 redundancies. All employees have been filed with redundancy notices.
Hansol, which used to be one of the main subcontractors of Samsung Company in Slovakia, produced display units for TVs and PC monitors. The closure is said to be related to decreasing customer demand for these products.
