Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The software company Ericpol Telecom started the recruiting process for its facility operating in the Special Economic Zone of Kraków for about 250 people. This was announced by the Polska Agencja Informacji I Inwestycji Zagranicznych (Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency).
This year Ericpol Telecom has already hired over 200 people. The company is looking for experienced programmers, analysts, testers and graduates of IT and electronic faculties. Given the need for a creation of international teams Ericpol will employ people who know English.
Ericpol Telecom is a Polish company which has operated in the IT sector since 1991 and has around 1200 employees. The company has offices in three Polish cities- Lodz, Krakow and Warsaw and branches in Sweden, Ukraine and Belarus.
