European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Wilbo, producer of canned fish products and fish preserves, announced a restructuring programme that will reduce its workforce by 69. This represents 15% of the company's current workforce of 469. The restructuring is to be implemented by the end of 2011.
Additional measures of financial consolidation include a freeze on salary increases for 2012 and 2013.
