Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
In August 2011, Hamilton Sundstrand, a supplier of aerospace and industrial products, opened a new factory in Rzeszów and announced plans to hire 140 people by the end of 2011. The company is constantly recruiting and training employed people. The plant produces aircraft engines and other aerospace components. The factory will provide its products to following companies: Airbus, Boeing and Embraer. The company plans to increase the workforce to 350 persons within next 3 years.
Hamilton Sundstrand is a global corporation with various business units that design, manufacture and support aerospace and industrial products for worldwide markets.
