European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Truck manufacturer Volvo Trucks Gand (Gent) announced on the 25th of August to create another 200 jobs. This is the second time the company increased its staff levels in 2010 (see here)
In order to increase its production capacity, the company is mainly hiring assembly workers and workers for the cabine trim department.
