European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Germany-based Globus megastore is to create 330 new jobs with the opening of its supermarket in Havířov at the end of November 2011. The company already operates 14 supermarkets in the Czech Republic. The jobs are created in a region with one of the highest unemployment rates in the country.
