Description

The French call centre firm Acticall plans to recruit another 100 employees for its newly-opened site in Clermont-Ferrand (Auvergne) by the end of 2011. The company launched their site in Clermont-Ferrand in 2010 and has since then recruited 400 people (see factsheet 15276).

Acticall currently employs 5300 employees in France and Morocco. The group specializes in customer services and has a 2010 turnover forecast of €130 million.
