Description
Indesit Polska, manufacturer of electric domestic appliances, is going to hire 200 people at the Radomsko plant by the end of 2011. The new workplaces will be created mainly for vocational school graduates.
The company, Radomsko County (Starostwo Powiatowe) and school directors have started to negotiate the contractual conditions between vocational schools and the Indesit Company. Such bilateral contracts imply the guarantee of employment for graduates and training courses for pupils.
The Italian producer of household appliances presently operates two factories in the Łódź Special Enonomic Zone (in City Łódź since 2005 and Radomsko since 2006).
