European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
118 jobs have been lost at S. Robinson & Son, a Derbyshire engineering firm, which has gone into administration. The cuts were blamed on a decline in orders from the construction industry. A part of the company, Robinsons Agriculture, has been sold safeguarding 17 jobs. Twelve people have been kept on to help administrators wind down the business.
