European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Construction company Dura Vermeer announced on 12 October 2011 that it will merge four plants into two, resulting in the loss of 80 jobs. Background is the loss of turnover due to the crisis.
