European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The construction company Linford Group has confirmed the loss of 245 jobs. The bankruptcy is blamed on outstanding debts which reflect the bad market conditions of the construction industry. 233 jobs will be lost in the Midland and south west of England, and 12 at its branch office in Hawarden.
