Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Nifco Korea Poland, a producer of industrial plastic parts and components, announced plans to hire 180 employees for its new factory. The company expects that the plant, which is currently being built in Żory (the Katowice Special Economic Zone), will be operational in December 2011.
Nifco is hiring employees for its production department, as well as for managerial and administrative departments. The factory will supply its products to cooperating companies in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovenia.
Nifco Korea Poland is part of the multinational corporation Nifco, which was founded in 1967. The company is operating in Asia, Europe and the US.
