Description
Spanish IT company Oesia plans to reduce its workforce by 400 people (this headcount reduction accounts for 11% of the total workforce). 250 workers will be dismissed through the standard redundancy procedure (ERE) while another 150 workers on fixed-term contracts will not be renewed.
