Description
In February 2012 Skonto Plan is planning to open a new factory in Tukums employing 200 people.
Skonto Plan owner Gunter RÄvis stated he will invest EUR 10 mil in the plant that will be built by sister company Skonto Buve. This will be the sixth factory developed and owned by RÄvis in Tukums. By now approximately 500 employees are employed in the five factories in Tukums.Â
The new factory will operate as separate enterprise, most likely included in the holding company GRF, currently consisting of 23 companies.
