Description
Primorje is the only among the largest construction companies in Slovenia which is still alive. The company is located in AjdovÅ¡Äina in the GoriÅ¡ka region and employs 1076 employees. The entire Slovenian construction sector is in a heavy crises faced with the payment arrears and the lack of new orders. As the consequence, the company entered the process of severe internal restructuring in which 200 employees will lose jobs by the end of the year.
Update: As reported by Finance on 04-11-2011, the final number of workers who will lose their jobs by the end of the year is 178.
