European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 23 September 2011, Technitoit, a French construction company specialized in renovation, announced to hire 200 new employees within a year. The company has 39 sites throughout France and aims at opening a site in each province. The company had started its business with the renovation of roofs, facades and terraces and has diversified their business expanding to insulation, carpentry and heat pumps.
The manager commented that the company faces difficulties to recruit qualified personnel and has strengthened its recruitment efforts, for example on facebook.
