European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 26 September, the Commercial court announced the liquidation of the poster and silkscreen printer Impression et Services with 250 job cuts. The group has its headquarters in Herblay just outside Paris. The company was placed in receivership in March 2010 after posting losses of 15 millions euro.
