Description
On 5 August 2011, owner of the former Gdynia Shipyard (Stocznia Gdynia) Crist announced plans to increase the workforce by 400 people due to a newly signed contract worth 150 million EUR. The company admitted that it has problem with acquiring new employees. The company is finding difficulties in finding skilled labour and it is now looking for new workers outside Poland.
