European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Apaterm, provider of steam and hot water, announced the intention to dismiss 416 persons by the end of 2011, of which 159 until 26 September 2011.According with the collective agreement at company level, in correlation with the length of services, the dismissed person will receive an amount equivalent with 25 base salaries from the month before the data of dismissal.
