Description

Mia Electric, an electric car manufacturing company that belongs to the German group Kohler, has announced to recruit 180 employees before the end of the year. The company took over some of the activities of the French car manufacturer Heuliez following its bankruptcy in July 2010. Mia electric started business activities this year with 35 employees and reached by September 2011. The management expects to recruit 180 more employees to reach a total workforce of 420 by the end of the year in order to have enough personnal capacity to produce the "Mia Electric" urban car, which will be sold at a price of 20,000 euros per unit. The company expects to sell 12000 cars in 2012.
