The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Administrators at Britspace, an East Yorkshire building company, have announced 225 redundancies after failing to find a buyer for the firm. A small number of workers will keep their jobs to finish existing contracts. Staff were informed of the redundancies in a mass meeting.
