European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Polish furniture producer Spółdzielnia Meblarska "Kaszub" in Kościerzyna (co-operative) announced its bankruptcy on 14 April 2011. The company has started a collective dismissal programme which will affect 107 workers.
The terms and conditions related to the collective dismissals are regulated by the bilateral agreement between the company and workers. The co-operative was founded over 50 years ago.
