Ethics in the digital workplace

On 5 August 2011, German company Berger announced plans to increase its workforce by 250 people at the unit in Kędzierzyn-Koźle. The company plans to complete the investment by the end of 2011, but it has already started the recruitment.
Berger is mainly looking for machine operators, quality controllers, and foremen. Some 100 female employees are expected to be hired at the production control department.
Berger is a manufacturer of metal parts and components for the automotive industry.
