European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 4th August 2011, the Commercial Court of Saint-Nazaire agreed the liquidation of the construction company Océane Constructions (197 employees). The court ruled that the company will operate until 14th September when the 197 employees will be dismissed.
